- When you leave a comment or send us an email asking for an item you're interested to purchase, we consider that item to be ordered by you. Please do so if you're very sure you want that item, to avoid any confusion and unhappiness. It's quite mean to place an order then ignore our e-mails and drop it altogether without informing us.
- If you do not make payment within 2 days of our confirmation, the item will go to the next customer (on a first order-first serve basis) or be put back up for sale. If you know you can't make payment within 2 days of our confirmation, let us know in the e-mail and we'll try to work something out.
- We will not be held responsible for any items lost or delayed in the mail. Although we use genuine, good-quality materials and protect/wrap up our items well before sending them out, we won't be held responsible if the mailman had a bad day and decides to stomp on that delicate pendant or those dangly earrings you ordered.
- Please take good care of your items, although they are made out of good quality materials they still aren't pure gold/silver jewellery which cost a gazillion dollars. For example, store them in a ziploc or an airtight container when you're not wearing them (obviously -.-) and don't spray perfume or funny stuff on them and don't bathe with them - also cos that's generally kinda silly. :S Don't stomp on them either or let your rabbit chew on them cos it might have stronger teeth than my pair of pliers. Plus it will poke your rabbit, and we don't want that to happen.
